Some sort of record.

TWO RECIPES IN ONE DAY!?

I'm a lot better at this than I thought I would be!

Tonight, this is what our table looked like. Who says you have to be in italy to get good italian food?

I'm basically in love with seafood alfredo, it's one of my favorite foods.

So, if you like to do theme nights,
and you're lacking a little inspiration,
give this one a whirl!

Alright, SO! Here is what you're going to need.

Fettucini noodles (or whatever kind of noodle you prefer.)
1 lb shrimp
1 lb scallops
4 tbsp olive oil
1 stick of butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups heavy cream
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Now that the boring part is over!
Start heating up 2 tbsp of the olive oil on medium heat.
Toss your shrimp and scallops in there, and let them get nice and cooked.

Kiiiiiiind of forgot to take a picture of them cooking.. but this is pre cook!

While you're protein is cooking, start your pasta, and get started on your sauce! Put the other 2 tbsp of olive oil and the stick of butter into a medium sized sauce pan.
Heat it on medium heat until the butter is nice and melted.
Now toss in your garlic, cream, and pepper.
Heat it for about 5 minutes, then add your parmesan cheese.

It should look a little bit like this.

[You should be just about ready to pull your shrimp off of the burner.]
Let it cook for a good 8 minutes,
then add the mozzarella cheese and give it another 5 minutes.
Once your sauce is done, pour it in the pan with your shrimp.

As soon as your pasta is done, mix it all up, toss it on a plate, and devour it!

Isn't this just begging you to eat it!?

And if you want to have our exact meal, we had a salad
(with some copy cat olive garden dressing, I DIE!)
&& a sweet red wine with it.

Enjoy!

If you would like to make your own dressing as well,
here is where I found the dressing!

The only thing I did different was double the italian seasoning, and the pepper.
